Each Year a small number of high achieving students have to opportunity to participate in The Victorian High-Ability Program (VHAP). Students are selected for the program through a comprehensive process that considers their NAPLAN results, school reports, and other standardised assessment data.

VHAP is a 10-week online enrichment program for high-ability students in Years 5–8 at Victorian government schools, focusing on challenging curriculum in English and mathematics. Delivered by Virtual School Victoria, it fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and resilience, allowing students to explore, connect with peers, and stretch their academic capabilities.
